Procurement Officer (Aviation)

ALG is currently hiring a Procurement Officer (Aviation) to work with our leading Aviation MRO client based in Singapore.

This is a long-term contract position with growth opportunities in a dynamic procurement environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement of engineering spares, tooling, and consumables in compliance with company policies.
• Track and follow up on Purchase Requisitions for goods/services.
• Source and onboard vendors for non-aircraft procurement.
• Evaluate quotes and recommend best-fit offers to Purchasing Authority.
• Liaise with vendors on clarifications, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and monitor delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to meet INCOTERMS delivery standards.
• Resolve delivery/invoice issues with Warehouse and Finance teams.
• Clear outstanding Purchase Orders and follow up on aged requisitions.
• Maintain SAP database for materials and vendors.
• Support additional procurement-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimally 1 to 2 years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP applications
• Proficiency in e-procurement applications such as SESAMi or SAP Ariba
• Strong attention to detail on data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
