Junior Procurement Executive

• Salary: 2.600 SGD - 3.500 SGD

Job Scope:

• Manages suppliers, POs, and demand forecasts
• Work with Senior Procurement, production personnel, and other teams to identify material needs, negotiate pricing and delivery, and ensure timely customer order fulfillment.
• Propose supply chain improvements like consignment stock and long-term contracts, guided by Senior Procurement or Supply Chain Manager.
• Order materials, negotiate delivery and prices, coordinate with planning and warehouse, and conduct supplier performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Controller, and Planning to balance supply and demand, manage inventory, and ensure a steady flow of raw materials and components.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates in engineering division are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
