Procurement Sourcing Executive

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Executive to join our team! If you enjoy building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best deals, and optimizing sourcing strategies, this role is for you. You will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing suppliers while sourcing for new vendors.
• Evaluate supplier quotes based on Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct detailed cost breakdown assessments and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the sourcing process and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (experience in System Integration (SI) environment is a plus!).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build lasting supplier relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and cost reduction.
