As the Director, HR BP APAC HNC, you will be part of the HNH APAC Leadership team and will support the business in achieving their business objectives and priorities. Collaborating with key business stakeholders and partnering closely with the HR team, you will be the trusted partner and advisor on all people-related topics.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor and sparring partner to business leaders and cross-functional leads to foster greater collaboration across the region and functional teams.
  • Support the translation of business strategy into actionable people initiatives and plans so as to achieve business objectives and enable long-term sustainable growth.
  • Lead transformation initiatives in partnership with the business leaders by aligning organization structures, ways of working, and capabilities to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Design and implement strategies for identifying, developing, and retaining talent to build a future-ready workforce and is responsible for talent pipeline and succession planning for the business.
  • Advocate and implement HR initiatives and frameworks within the business and provide business insights to maximize effectiveness and relevancy of these programs.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role with a strong understanding of organizational and team dynamics.
  • A track record of success in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and driving organizational change.
  • Strong business and financial acumen and curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic, big picture thinker who can also execute with excellence.
  • Ability to coach and influence others through trust, courage and constructive challenge.
  • A passion for developing talent and fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented culture.
