Reporting to the Senior Manager, Taste Application, the Lab Technician will support savory application, evaluation and sample preparation. In addition, the technician would be responsible for managing the lab, RM and flavor samples management and lab equipment maintenance.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage and arrange Raw Materials inventory for lab prototyping, by functionality and RM property
• Sample and prototype preparation
• Conduct experiments and testing for flavor performance
• In charge for lab equipment and responsible for equipment in good condition and well maintenance
• Execute Good Lab Practice
• Set up database to keep record for all evaluation and best practice lab prototypes formulation

You bring

• Diploma or bachelor degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field
• Prefer with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in food industry or Lab
• Creative and Innovative: Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to seasoning formulations
• Open-Minded: Willingness to consider and explore different approaches and perspectives in product development
• Systematic and Logical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project management
• Can-Do Spirit: Positive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and deliver results
