Job title – Expert Formula Management

The Formula Management Expert is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Formula Modification Request (FMR) process, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves managing request distribution, leading approval workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements. Additionally, the expert will support knowledge sharing through process documentation, training sessions, and presentation development.

Your key responsibilities

• Review and distribute incoming FMRs evenly across the team
• Take ownership of assigned FMRs, ensuring full understanding before proceeding with further analysis
• Challenge and clarify requests with requestors before submission for approval
• Conduct simulations, gather the necessary information, identify the appropriate departments and regions for the required approvals, and submit FMRs for approval
• Contribute to the development and documentation of processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Quarterly FMR Validator Update – Ensure the validation process is updated and aligned with operational needs

You bring

• Experience in formula data management, process coordination, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to prioritization and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently while ensuring cross-functional collaboration with team and key stakeholders
• Proficiency in data management or formula tracking tools (if applicable)
• Experience with process writing, training, and presentation preparation is a plus
