Your key responsibilities

• Manage inbound shipment transaction and maintain shipment status in SAP
• Manage inbound shipping documents submission to warehouse for import clearance
• Manage and monitor inbound shipment from source to ensure dispatch on time
• Good receipt validations
• Raise CCR for shipment with damage goods
• Process label requests
• Raise global allocation request in the allocation app
• Create manual deployments
• Other administrative pertaining to planning and supply chain related

You bring

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, preferably Health & Nutrition or Chemical Ingredient industries
• Possess basic supply chain & logistics knowledge
• Preferably with working knowledge of SAP supply chain module
• Microsoft Office 365 savvy, particularly Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all level
