Operations Support for School (Guillemard Road)

Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2025 to 31 Jul 2026 (with option to extend for 2 years)

Working hours:

• 42-hour work week with 30 mins lunch break daily (starts at 6:00am or 9:00am)

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

Supports the following operations functions:

• Maintain the general cleanliness of the School and equipment

• Assist in performing security-related duties

• Assist in providing logistical support for all school-based activities/ functions till end, including transporting and arrangement of furniture and equipment

• Assist in the daily operations of the School such as accompanying vendors or term contractors to ensure that work/services are delivered

• Any other duties as assigned by the School

The Personnel should preferably have the following skills and experience:

• Primary School Education and above

• Understand and converse simple English and one Mother Tongue Language

• Positive attitude

• Should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned by the School

• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or logistical duties

• Strictly for Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
