Architectural Executive

Responsibilities:

• Applying Building Regulations to architectural design.
• Coordinating, organising and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
• Submit & update status of drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
• Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Working experience for A&A works will be an advantage.
• Attached to a team. You are required to support projects managed by your team.
• Offer subject to experience and qualification.
