Sharepoint Development Manager (109)

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related study
• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in designing, developing, and managing Microsoft SharePoint environments (both Online and On-Premise).
• Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Proven experience with SharePoint development and customization utilizing out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Designer, Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and potentially custom code (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SPFx).
• Solid understanding of SharePoint security principles, user management, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• To lead the design, development, and management of Microsoft SharePoint environments (both Online and On-Premise).
• Solution Design and Development: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs and translate them into clear, comprehensive functional and technical requirements for SharePoint applications and solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Design the end-to-end architecture of our SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments, encompassing site structures, site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and custom applications, ensuring they effectively address business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Architect and implement automated workflows using SharePoint workflows and/or Power Automate to streamline and optimize critical business processes.
• Collaboration and Support: Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with business users, IT teams, and management regarding SharePoint solutions, project progress, and strategic initiatives.
• Leadership and Strategy: Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior SharePoint team members, fostering their growth and development.
