Requirements
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in additional modern languages, such as Korean, is an advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva is preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Analytical, accurate, and capable of providing effective solutions to administrative challenges.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation with a diplomatic and professional approach.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Tasks include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues.
- Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests.
- Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time.
- Serve as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
- Promoting events via social media channels.
- Tracking event attendance and generating post-event satisfaction surveys.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events.
