Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Singapore. The Property Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of the property. This includes supervising maintenance staff, managing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance, and organizing repair activities. The Property Maintenance Manager will also ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage and plan the maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for smooth operations for all properties
Lead and guide maintenance team on day-to-day facilities management services to ensure productivity and efficieny.
Oversee facilities management and maintenance system (fire safety, security, M&E, pest control, etc) are running smoothly and safely.
Supervise the work of the team and contractors to ensure the work carried out complies strictly with health and safety regulations and completes timely.
Maintain good partnership with clients, contractors, vendors and liaise closely with relevant authorities.
Monitor on maintenance contract, compliance renewals, warranty periods, efficiency and life span of equipment.
Plan, monitor and develop cost control measure on maintenance budgets
Conduct daily inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to required standards
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to property maintenance and management.
Provide advice and recommendation on improvement work(s)
Liase and coordinate with agents and relevant parties on leasing of properties.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Building / Engineering / Real Estate or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Resourceful, self driven and high level of professional integrity.
Good conflict management and problem solving skills
