Provide monthly CaaS reviews and strategic support for customers.
Monitor data and escalate issues.
Conduct site visits, ensuring safety, tidiness, and brand integrity.
Align incident management SOPs with customers.
Run Customer Satisfaction surveys and report to management.
Requirement
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years in customer/account management; 1-3 years in CaaS or built environment.
Data analytics and cooling systems knowledge (chillers, air-side, VAVs).
Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, PPT, SharePoint & Forms
Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
