Manager (Digital Services)

About the role
You support the sustainability of developed Pro-code products and play an important role in managing the product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance.

What you will be working on

• Manage Pro-Code product's operational stability, regulatory compliance, and overall performance, including attendant requirements in vendor management.
• Address system updates arising from changes in product features and hosting infrastructure.
• Manage service delivery requests and collaborate with external entities to develop technical proposals in accordance with sustainment requirements.

Challenge(s)

• Understanding MINDEF IT compliance policies.
• Collaborating closely with external entities via various professional capacities.

What we are looking for

• Education in Computer Science, IT management, Cyber Security, and/or development/data related certifications or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, or systems operations.
• Experience working in a government-regulated environment is advantageous.

Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
