Retail Sales Promoter

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers at retail locations highlighting their features and benefits.

• Provide excellent customer service through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Actively contributing to visual merchandising, marketing and stocking activities.

• Ensure that products are neatly displayed, properly stocked and visually appealing.

• Maintain in depth knowledge of company’s products.

• Work closely with sales team to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by sales manager.

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends, depending on events

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented with a drive for sales and achieving results

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service is preferred

• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Competitive commission structure with basic hourly wages
