Job Summary:
The Account Manager will play a key role in expanding business in the Singapore retail market. This position is responsible for fostering relationships with both new and existing customers, negotiating with suppliers, and leading marketing campaigns to drive sales across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth in Singapore's retail sector.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers/vendors for provisions and bonded products.
Develop and propose monthly sales and marketing campaigns to drive omnichannel sales efficiency.
Ensure alignment of brand marketing goals and effectively communicate them across offline sales channels.
List and manage company products within customer databases (offline and online).
Prepare sales quotations and follow up on corporate sales inquiries.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams to align with individual brand marketing objectives.
Ensure all activities comply with company regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to sales.
Resourceful in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage mutiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
