Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Executive/Manager to plan, design, and facillitate family and children programmes that support Jamiyah’s objectives in close collaboration with staff, partners, and volunteers
• Set realistic and sustainable goals for each programme, in line with Jamiyah’s goals.
• Facilitate the appointment of vendors and ensure the allocation of shared resources and skills within the programme’s projects
• Ensure all necessary resources are put in place for smooth programme execution.
• Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses, and initiate the appropriate enhancements or interventions to improve the development and delivery of each programme.
• Establish and track desired outcomes of the programmes and activities and provide such reports to the Executive/Manager and relevant funding partners (if any) regularly.
• To travel to other Jampacked centres, to facilitate programmes.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in any field.
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of implementing and facilitating of programmes in a non-profit or social services agency.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Able to liaise with vendors and assist with budgeting.
