Senior Application Lead

We are looking for experienced, hands-on leaders who:

• Have a strong background in application software design and development, particularly with in-depth experience in Java and Oracle DBMS. A minimum of 4 years of experience is essential.
• Have hands-on experience gathering and documenting user requirements and functional specifications, including leading other analysts in the work.
• Have a highly analytical mind and can quickly understand and internalise existing application designs.
• Understand and follow quality management principles and practices.
• Have at least 3 years of project management experience, able to work with software development teams and Customers.
• Have experience managing the relationship with Customer of our solutions.
• Is able to clearly describe and explain concepts, issues and situations.
• Experience in card payment systems is an advantage.
• Experience in loyalty marketing and rewards management systems is an advantage.
