Job Posting for Human Resource Assistant at Pacific Logistics Group
The HR Assistant is responsible for identifying training and development needs across departments, coordinating with department managers to implement effective training programmes and tracking trainee progress to ensure learning objectives are met. The role also involves managing staff insurance and work injury claims in accordance with WICA regulations, liaising with government agencies such as MOM on HR matters and supporting general HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs of all departments within the company
Work with department managers to develop training programmes and ensure they deliver results
Organising training materials and oversee training programmes
Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys
Manage staff insurance and claims (WICA, foreign worker insurance, etc)
Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in handling full cycle of Work Injury Claims based on WICA regulations and Training Development
Analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Possess excellent communication, written and presentation skills
Strong organisation and planning skills
Initiative and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
