• Salary: up to $15,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution.
• Ability to understand and handle the client's banking system development or implementation project.
• Plan, initiate, manage, lead and execute system consulting and development projects.
• Grasp the plan and situation and create and explain report materials.
• Understand and manage the full software development life cycle.

Job Requirement

• Project Management Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in directing and managing project development from initiation to completion.
• Able to communicate in business level Japanese in reading, writing, and speaking to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Highly self-driven and enthusiastic, capable of working effectively with teams of varying IT skill levels and cultural backgrounds
• Ability to manage project planning for all short-, medium-, and long-term.
• Strong analytical and conceptualization skills to develop solutions for complex business challenges.
• Industry Knowledge: Banking operations or systems knowledge and experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a process-focused mindset.
• In-depth expertise with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, etc.).
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Entra ID/Azure AD, PIM, Security Center).
• Microsoft Defender suite implementation experience.
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) configuration and operation.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell / CLI.
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and security best practices.
