Junior Network Engineer (Training will be provided)

Responsibilities:

• Assist to support the setup and troubleshooting of network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling)
• Conduct product testing on CCTV cameras, networking devices, and related software to verify functionality, compatibility, and performance
• Perform firmware updates and assist in software testing procedures under supervision
• Maintain accurate records of installations, test procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide general technical support to internal teams as required

Requirement:

• Completed diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, switches, routers)
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, IP cameras, or video management software is a plus
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure and security systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently
