Business Development Manager [Supply Chain Solutions |MNC] RRKC

We’re partnering with a leading global logistics and supply chain provider, part of a well-established European group with a strong international footprint. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across value-added logistics, warehousing, and retail distribution services.

Job Scope

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on integrated logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Logistics Engineering, Solution Design) to create competitive, client-focused proposals.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing and client acquisition plans.
• Support the RFQ/RFI process and work closely with project teams through to successful implementation.
• Maintain and report on a robust sales pipeline, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional BD teams to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Bachelor’s degree required ; specialization in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.

Job Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in solution selling and new business development in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse design, and commercial considerations.
• Proven success in selling to Hi-Tech, Med-Tech, Consumer Electronics, or Industrial Electronics industries.
• Active network of industry decision-makers.
• Experience working in multicultural environments; eager to continuously learn and grow.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
