- Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.

- Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.

- Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization’s guidelines and regulations.

- Manage in roster planning and daily deployment.

- Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives
