Job Description

• Coordinate events and facility bookings with departments like facilities, finance, and security
• Manage facility rental processes and inquiries
• Develop and design marketing materials
• Update and maintain the website
• Monitor and manage the social media channels
• Handle ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records
• Assist with market research activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or reporting manager

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in marketing or business studies
• Min 1 year of experience preferred
