12 Months Contract - Administrative Executive (Educational Sector) (Up to $5K) #NKC

Location: KEntRidge

Secretarial Support & Reporting

• Support the secretariat work
• Prepare reports for updates and decision-making
• Handle all admin tasks
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and other departments
• Maintain and update Academy-related databases
• Compile and analyse data for government submissions
• Manage placement administration

Outreach Support

• Help plan and follow up on outreach efforts
• Support partnerships with agencies to promote career opportunities and career planning
• Work with universities and training providers to offer suitable courses, secure funding, and run outreach for placement programmes

Marketing & Publicity Support

• Work with the Marketing team to create materials for outreach
• Help promote programmes and raise awareness among individuals and organisations

Project Administration

• Support the management of Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs) or similar projects, including planning, outreach, and daily operations
• Assist companies with workforce re-deployment plans
• Handle onboarding for companies and individuals in placement programmes
• Track programme outcomes and collect success stories
• Monitor project progress and assist with grant claims
