Basic Salary: Up to $2400

Working Location: 35 Tuas View Cres, Singapore 637608
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 8.45am to 5.45pm
Alternate Saturday: (work from home) 8.45am to 12.45pm

Key Duties:

• Handle import, export and local shipments

• Prepare import and export permit declarations

• Ensure Job Sheets are accurately raised and completed

• Update all charges/fees incurred in delivery of services

• Responsible for the Logistic Operation (Customers, Transportation and Warehouse)

• Ensure efficient and effective scheduling and routing for delivery services

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior

Key Requirements:

• GCE 'O' or 'A' or ITE or equivalent

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Knowledge of Tradenet is an added advantage (training will be provided)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Independent yet a good team player
