Job Description:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on heavy vehicles with high workmanship standards.
• Minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop service standards.
• Overhaul and repair AMT transmissions (Automated Manual Transmissions): Disassemble, inspect, replace components, and reassemble according to manufacturer standards.
• Overhaul truck air system components: Air compressors, air brakes, and valves ensuring proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues in transmission systems and air systems for accurate repairs (added advantage).
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions per company procedures.
• Maintain detailed service records, including testing, calibrations, and repairs.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Automotive Technology or relevant
• Min. 3 years experience in component repair, troubleshooting and measuring.
• Preferably with Class3 & 4 Driving License
