Responsibilities:
Conduct on-the-job training for various rides and shows in Attractions Operations (Universal Studios Singapore), ensuring team members are proficient in their roles, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Orientate new team members, introducing them to the park's facilities and the diverse teams within the Attractions department.
Collaborate with the Attractions Service Experience & Training department to conduct service level audits and implement targeted training to enhance the guest experience.
Perform operational roles within the Attractions Operations department, demonstrating practical knowledge and expertise in rides operations.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma and have a minimum of one year's experience in delivering on-the-job training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team interaction.
Having certifications in training or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
Must be able and prepared to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
