Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for projects.
Prepare preliminary cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
Provide advice on cost-effective materials and construction methods.
Monitor and ensure vendors/ service partners submission of cost estimate is accurate according to contract SOR.
Contract Management
Prepare internal and review Final Bills of Quantities (FBQ) from partners and vendors
Ensure accuracy of data entry
Verify and submit quotations to clients
Initiate Work Orders to service partners/ vendors
Manage procurement processes, including third party quotation collation and visit to site for FBQ checks as well as vendor and supplier negotiations.
Contract Administration
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and Singapore’s relevant authority regulations.
Monitor contract variations, extensions, and amendments.
Handle and manage claims and disputes.
Cost Control & Financial Management
To support and assist manager to update and clear fixed monthly claims
To monitor and manage the financial accrual table
Monitor interim valuations and progress payments to vendors/ service partners.
Prepare final accounts and ensure timely contract closure.
Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and measurements.
Value adhoc/ project works and variations.
Assist in dispute resolution for quantity and payment-related issues.
