Export Control Manager (Technology/ Defence Systems)

Location : Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export policies, procedures to ensure compliance with requirements, in accordance with Singapore Customs Act and U.S. Export Control Regulations
• Provide support to business units on regulatory and compliance matters
• Document and Establish best practices for export controlled items within the company export controlled items such as the acquisition and disposition of items
• Prepare import/export paperwork and maintain complete records for audit purposes.
• Participate in company export compliance training seminars and other compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in export controls
• Experience in defence, military or technology systems industries would be a plus
• Good Knowledge of the Singapore Strategic Good (Control) Act
• Knowledge of U.S. Export Control Regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.) would be an advantage
