Contract Admin Staff (Education Sector) at West Area, up to $3,000

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the office administration and procurement matters
• Arrange interviews for admissions
• Assist in event management for outreach, admissions and office events
• Liaise with vendors for catering service
• Handle venue and facilities booking
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Admin Lead

Period: 6 months contract, subjected to renewal

Location: West Area

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 5.45 pm
• Friday: 8.30 am to 5.15 pm

Salary: Up to $3,000

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with relevant experience
