Contract Staff - Executive Engagement (Welfare Org) at Queensway, up to $4200

Job Responsibilities:

Volunteer and Donor Management System

• Provide administrative support for the development of Volunteer and DonorManagement System (VDMS).
• Support the preparation of consolidated volunteer and donor database file(s) forVDMS implementation. This will be done via the following in adherence to data privacy regulations and the system's compatibility:
  - Data reconciliation and cleaning of current volunteer and donor data; and
  - Data entry and management of new volunteer and donor data.
• Provide support in compiling and retrieving volunteer/donor data for reports.

Engagement and Events Management

• Support events/engagement activities organised for corporate and community partners.
• Provide support for other SCE-related initiatives.

Others

• Provide other administrative support for the team where applicable.

Period:

• 6 months contract

Location:

• Queensway

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• up to $4200

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business / Marketing / Social Work & Community Development/ Mass Communications preferred.
• Experience in data management, events management, marketing communications and volunteer or donor management Excellent project management and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Experience in data management and data analytics.
• Knowledge of WordPress would be advantageous.
