Heavy Equipment Technical Support Specialist - MNC

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with heavy equipment, such as construction machinery, industrial vehicles, and related systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure the optimal performance and safety of the equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the delivery of efficient and effective technical support
• Document all maintenance activities and provide comprehensive reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in heavy equipment maintenance and support
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a technical support specialist or technician, preferably in the heavy equipment or industrial machinery sector
• Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of heavy equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively identify and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
