As a PMO Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of integrated security system projects—from Access Control and Intrusion Detection to CCTV — across Singapore.

You’ll manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring each engagement is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a full-time, permanent role at a leading provider of advanced security and surveillance solutions, driving operational success & customer satisfaction across a range of commercial & government projects.

This role requires you to be in the office Monday to Friday.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 5 years’ experience in managing projects within the physical security industry
• Strong domain knowledge across ACS (Access Control Systems), IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and CCTV
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proven experience managing technical teams, with responsibility for project planning, performance reviews, and manpower allocation
• Ability to implement, maintain, and enforce project governance standards and best practices
• Ability to oversee projects, manage risks, and ensure timely and on-budget completion
• Experience with project planning, team management, and agile practices
• Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication & business correspondence

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• PMP Certification, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, EEE, or related field
