• Manage daily operations and supervise residents in their routine activities.
• Support residents in overcoming day-to-day challenges at the centre, ensuring their safety and overall well-being.
• Encourage discipline among residents and act as a positive mentor and role model.
• Evaluate, address, and manage crises or conflicts effectively.
• Implement personalized therapeutic interventions based on the care plans created by the treatment team.
• Help address the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.
