Our Client is a private healthcare provider and they are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner professional to join their team.
As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for executing the full range of HR functions, from employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management to employee relations and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to provide HR guidance and support to business units, in alignment with the organization’s goals.
Job Responsibilities
Build relationship with stakeholders as a trusted HR consultant through providing value-added HR strategies and advice.
Provide professional advice and support on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment, rewards strategies, and leadership appointment.
Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR plans, programmes, processes and services
Work with hiring managers and other HR counterparts to recruit and ensure sufficient manpower for current operations and upcoming growth, in accordance with established manpower budget and nesting plan.
Work with both external and internal stakeholders (such as Medical Affairs, Ministry of Health, Singapore Medical Council) to ensure compliance in licensing, accreditation, and other relevant regulations.
Provide recommendations as needed and support interventions to improve employee engagement.
Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH, HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
At least 8 years in human resource function with minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Good Interpersonal Skills and Stakeholder Management Skills.
Possess Exemplary Leadership, Analytical and Critical Thinking skills.
Attention to details, with good Follow-up and Organizational skills.
