Job Posting for Senior Manager, Clinical Operations at WORQ PTE. LTD.
Our client is an established Private Healthcare Provider and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager for Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the efficient running of clinical operations within the hospital.
This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of healthcare management, including experience handling P&L (Profit & Loss), data management, and operational reporting. The Senior Manager will also play a key role in expanding the hospital's clinical services, with an emphasis on setting up healthcare centers/clinics. The ideal candidate must be flexible, business-oriented, and prepared to engage in business-related activities outside regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the P&L of clinical operations, ensuring cost-effective delivery of healthcare services, and managing budgets to meet financial goals.
Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the clinical departments, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Data & Reporting: Manage, analyze, and interpret clinical data, producing insightful reports to inform strategic decisions related to operational improvements.
Setting Up Healthcare Centers/Clinics: Utilize expertise in healthcare operations to establish new healthcare centers/clinics, focusing on patient care, operational systems, and resource allocation.
Business Events Participation: Attend business-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities outside of contractual hours, representing the hospital in a professional manner.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with other senior managers, department heads, and external stakeholders to align operational strategies and achieve business objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction across clinical operations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all clinical operations meet the required standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical operations management within a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple clinical departments.
Strong experience in P&L management and financial oversight, including budget planning, cost control, and performance monitoring.
Experience in setting up healthcare centers/clinics is a MUST
Excellent ability to manage and analyze data, produce comprehensive reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Ability and willingness to attend business-related events outside contractual hours and manage time effectively.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, healthcare management software, and business reporting tools.
