Role Description
We are seeking a self-driven Product Manager to contribute the development and optimization of our consumer-facing remote desktop application. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, improving user experience and performance, and plays a key role in user acquisition and driving product order growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful releases.
Develop and execute product strategies that improve user experience, app performance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive user acquisition initiatives by working closely with marketing, growth, and business development teams.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase product adoption and grow order volume through product-led growth strategies.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and performance data to optimize product features and user flows.
Requirements:
Proven experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing applications, SaaS, or remote productivity tools.
Solid analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Strong user empathy, with high sensitivity to user performance, app stability, and usability optimization.
Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
