Duties of our Customer Services Representatives:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to both English and Spanish speaking customers.
- Taking payments
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
- Communicate with office personnel and field technicians in a professional courteous manner.

Requirements:- Have call center experience (preferred but not required)
- Speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Be able to pass a background
- Be able to pass a drug screening
- Be available Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday
