American HVAC Corp seeking a motivated and friendly Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a people person with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls promptly and schedule appointments.
  • Ensure technicians are on schedule and monitor job status.
  • Order parts and reschedule technicians as needed.
  • Contact suppliers for pricing and manage estimates.
  • Follow up with clients on estimates and collect receivables.
  • Maintain and organize office files.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous office management or related experience is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
