We are actively recruiting for a Consumer Lending Manager. In this role, you will drive the organization's loan growth goals by leading and developing your team effectively. You will manage the daily operations of Consumer Lending portfolios, including overseeing staff and processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring that lending staff and branch MRAs are well-equipped to assist members with their lending needs. As part of the Management Team, you will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Credit Union, fostering an environment that supports both member satisfaction and employee success. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and focus on expanding the consumer loan portfolio while managing risk through sound underwriting and processes to maintain loan collectability.


What You’ll Bring

  • Four-year college degree; five years of similar or related experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and Operating Systems (Windows XP, Microsoft Server, etc.).
  • An understanding of the core data processing system and the workflow of various operations.
  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
