AUDIO-LOGIC, PC is a private audiology practice for Platte County, Nebraska and the surrounding communities. We have been compassionately serving these communities for over 30 years and are seeking an individual for a full-time patient care coordinator position. Job Duties Include:
· Greeting patients and creating a welcoming atmosphere
· Answer inbound calls and call patients promptly and courteously, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.
· Maintaining patient files & records
· Checking patients in and out, manage accounts receivable
· Assisting with insurance processing
· Maintaining relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
