Our continually growing practice is seeking experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. Relationships starts with our Call Center Team. Our Customer Service Representatives are the voice of our organization.
The Call Center is the first point of contact for patients, helping them understand our services, why we are different, preparing them for their first visit so they can experience an elevated level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and reschedule appointments.
- Actively call leads to maximize patient engagement.
- Accurately build and manage patient accounts.
- Handle patient messages and outside referrals with care.
- Respond to online inquiries promptly.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 700-1,000 per month) as part of a team.
- Make outbound calls as necessary to support patient needs.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers and work cohesively with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center is required.
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Must have a positive, welcoming, and a professional demeanor
- Must be a doer, go getter, and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- HS Diploma /GED a MUST
- Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED
