- Develop and execute training and development programs, which may include technical training (Yardi PMS), management training, sales training, and safety training, organizational development, or learning management.
- Develop and execute virtual, instructor-led training in one-to-one, small, and large group formats to learners on technology platforms and business processes.
- Develop training outlines and training courses for a wide range of audiences.
- Create and update course content, lead virtual and in-person sessions, and support Go-Live implementations.
- Select training tools or training delivery method based on the material being taught and the target audience.
- Oversee The Mentorship Council program, our hands-on education for new employees at the property level
- Coach and mentor employees during and after training workshops to ensure successful on-boarding processes.
- Develop and implement processes and programs designed to maximize employee productivity, performance, and engagement or close skill or knowledge gaps.
- Coordinating with leadership and other departments and planning corporate events such as budget bootcamp and conferences. This includes planning content for such events and designing and delivering training as needed.
- Collaborate with internal partners to assess and prioritize training needs, and design, implement, optimize, and evaluate learning programs.
- Maintain all training programs to ensure content remains current, accurate, and effective.
- Establish metrics to evaluate effectiveness/ROI of training materials, facilitation, and program objectives; update programs and curriculum as needed
- Support company strategic initiatives and rollouts through training development and implementation, such as with participant guides, videos, and job aides.
- Assist with managing user accounts, and implementing enhancements or modifications to the system as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, human resources, instructional design, or related programs, or MS degree preferred.
- 6 years of progressive experience leading, developing, and delivering learning and development initiatives in the multifamily industry, with at least 2 years of experience with both the design and delivery of both instructor-led and web-based learning and development programs.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development onboarding, technical development, and career path training.
- Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development, creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Expertise in adult learning theories, digital learning platforms, and collaborative project management within cross-functional teams.
- Experience supervising and/or leading individuals on a team is highly preferred.
- Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Yardi PMS experience.
- Previous onsite experience in multifamily property management.
