What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at Engineering?
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Premier Contractor, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is a must.
Only Candidates with QuickBooks experience will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining and reconciling the checking account with the bank statement.
Perform credit card reconciliations.
Post accounts payable vendor payments and prepare checks for vendors.
Prepare Invoices and post payments in accounts receivable
Post Timesheets and Expense reports weekly.
Prepare Payroll bi-weekly and payroll tax deposits
Prepare Payroll Reports quarterly and year-end W-2s and 1099s.
Coordinate annual Health, Workmen’s Comp., and General Liability Insurance renewals.
Manage and maintain all filing systems and supplies for the office.
