Senior Scrum Master
6 Months contract Extension / CTH
Location: Hybrid - Onsite in McLean, VA
Needed locals - F2F interview required
Required Skills:
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in a Senior role.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams through successful project deliveries.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent certification required.
