What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precision Grinder position at Herman Machine, Inc?

The fully qualified candidate MUST have the following skills:
*Proficient with measurement instruments at an accuracy of .0001"
*Proficient in reading and interpreting charts, drawings, and blueprints (GD&T)
*Willingness to be trained and ability to learn in the area of precision grinding
*Minimum of 2-3 years of Precision grinding experience (specifically centerless, Blanchard surface grinding, and thru-feed)
*Experience operating manual grinding machines
*Able to determine grinding speeds, feed rates, and holding fixtures
*Competent in the selection of wheel sizes, geometries, and grits
