We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our department and assist in the smooth operation of our teams. In this role, you will provide vital clerical and administrative assistance to one of three key areas: Related Services, Evaluation, or Compliance. As a valuable member of our team, you will play an essential part in ensuring efficient departmental functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer clerical and administrative support to the Related Services, Evaluation, or Compliance teams
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of necessary documentation
- Coordinate and schedule service provider appointments
- Handle office tasks, including filing, data entry, and record management
- Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Perform additional duties as needed to support administrative needs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service is preferred
