*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the company's calendar and schedule appointments
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in a courteous manner
- Assist with medical receptionist duties
*Requirements*
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and use of standard office equipment at a level generally acquired through 1 years related experience.
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Proficient in calendar management
- Professionally greeting and assisting clients and vendors in person and by phone.
- Maintaining documents, both electronically and physically, related to assessments, payments, collateral information, insurance, filings, and general service information, in accordance with State / Federal regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for all administrative tasks in the front office
- Attention to detail for accurate proofreading
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.87 - $19.16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
