Our company is a fast growing, privately owned refrigeration equipment manufacturer located in Texas. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, programs, and employee relations issues.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payroll hours.
- Manage the recruitment process and onboard new hires.
- Assist corporate HR in administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave management.
- Support and foster a positive company culture that emphasizes people, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with management on workforce planning and talent development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
